The Big Fresno Fair
The Big Fresno Fair is the Biggest Game in Town this year and we are thrilled to have you covering this wonderful Fair filled with all sorts of new and exciting things. This year, the Fair will be running 12 days, October 6th through 17th. Since we are a State Agency, we require all working media to have a Big Fresno Fair Media Credential in order to enter the Fairgrounds.

The Big Fresno Fair is run by a not for profit organization, the 21st District Agricultural Association governed by the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Division of Fairs and Expositions. This self-supporting agency is governed by nine prestigious voluntary members of the Board of Directors, each individually appointed by the governor of California. Each member is allowed to serve two four-year terms and is not subject to Senate confirmations. This executive team is in conjunction with a 50-member staff that works year round to make the Fairgrounds come alive each October.
